Nestled in the charming town of Carlton, our tasting room and art gallery invite you to sip, savor, and explore. As you step inside, you’ll find that Barking Dog Wine is more than just a place to taste – it’s an experience. We craft elegant, small-batch wines from our estate vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains, including Pinot Noir, Rosé of Pinot Noir, and White Pinot Noir. Each bottle is a reflection of our commitment to craftsmanship, sustainability, and a deep love for Oregon’s wine country.

But the experience doesn’t stop there. Beyond the glass, our rotating art exhibits showcase works from both emerging and established artists, seamlessly blending fine wine with creative expression. Even more, every bottle you purchase helps make a difference – 10% of all wine bottle sales go directly to our partner charities. Proceeds from art sales support our partner nonprofit, Gallery 110, empowering minority artists. So, whether you’re a longtime wine lover or simply curious, we invite you to relax, connect, and discover something new with every visit.

Walk-ins are always welcome at our Carlton tasting room on Fridays and Saturdays between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM. However, if you prefer more flexibility, you can make a reservation online at least 24 hours in advance to enjoy extended hours and additional days.
