Carlton Farms, a family-owned company, has been the choice for premium-quality pork, smoked meats, sausage, and beef since 1956. Animals are humanely raised regionally to our specifications, without hormones, animal proteins, or growth accelerants. 

Carlton Farms is owned and operated by a sixth-generation Oregon family tracing their roots to the 1870s. Nestled in Oregon’s beautiful Willamette Valley, we’ve been a local employer for over 60 years. Our employees are core to our values, and every team member is a cherished part of our family.
