Programs and Services Committee Report

The committee met and brainstormed ideas for quarterly meeting hosts in 2012.  Bobbi will contact the businesses and get the schedule finalized.
Proposed schedule:
March: Brookside Inn
June: Monksgate Vineyard
September: Lower Park (CBA Social)
December: Cielo Blu
Alternative/Backup Ideas: Scott Paul, Cana's Feast, Horse Radish, Filling Station (on bakery side)
Bobbi will contact the following organizations to get quotes for "fun" classes:
Kookoolan Farms (cheese class)
Meadowlake Studio (pottery)
The committee will coordinate a tour of the olive presses at Red Hill Farms.
The September quarterly meeting will be a social event in the Lower Park.  The P&S Committee will coordinate with Val Anctil to invite new businesses, and to encourage members to bring guests.
Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month from 5:30-6:30 pm
