OFFICE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to oversee the association’s physical location, currently at John L. Scott Realty Company on Main Street.
Reports to: The CBA Board of Directors
Time Commitment: 1 year
Meeting Requirements: The Committee will meet one time per month. The Committee Chair will meet with the Board of Directors one time per month prepared to discuss the committee’s results.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop an operating plan that will provide details for how the committee will achieve its goals.
• Monitor telephone calls and email.
• Maintaining the office area.
•  Stock the Kiosk with appropriate CBA and member materials.
•  Staffing the office during special wine weekends and other events.
•  Maintaining the CBA office equipment.
• Organize the lending library.
