MEMBERSHIP & SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE

The purpose of this committee is to identify and procure additional members and sponsors, and cultivate those relationships within the CBA.
Reports to: The CBA Board of Directors
Time Commitment: 1 year
Meeting Requirements: The Committee will meet one time per month. The Committee Chair will meet with the Board of Directors one time per month prepared to discuss the committee’s results.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop an operating plan that will provide details for how the   committee will achieve its goals.
• Become familiar with Association’s Sponsor and Member lists
• Connect with Marketing Committee for an abbreviated version of upcoming marketing plans
• Connect with Programs and Services Committee to be aware of upcoming events in Carlton
• Identify potential Sponsors and Members and introduce the CBA; answer questions, or refer to Director if needed
• Solicit Sponsor and Member participation; provide folder or refer to online links for applications.
• Send thank-you notes to new Sponsors and Members; make sure they are identified in Association newsletters, and also are on the agenda to be introduced at quarterly meetings.
